Merry Berry Love Releases New Trailer and Main Poster Ahead of October Premiere
Disney+ has unveiled a new trailer and main poster for its upcoming healing romantic comedy 'Merry Berry Love', starring Ji Chang Wook and Japanese actress Mio Imada.
The newly released poster highlights the central pairing, with Ji Chang Wook and Mio Imada sharing a sweet moment that hints at the romance at the heart of the series. The poster also adds to the anticipation surrounding their first on-screen collaboration.
The new trailer offers a closer look at the story of Yoo Bin (Ji Chang Wook), a successful Korean space planner who suddenly loses everything overnight and travels to the beautiful island of Charo. There, he crosses paths with Shirahama Karin (Mio Imada), a Japanese strawberry farmer who has dedicated her life to her farm.
As two people from completely different backgrounds meet, their unexpected relationship begins to bring healing, growth, and romance into both of their lives.
'Merry Berry Love' is a Korean-Japanese co-production between CJ ENM and Nippon TV. The series marks Ji Chang Wook's return to the romantic comedy genre after three years and his first Korean-Japanese drama project.
The series will also feature Nam Yoon Soo as Park Goo Nam, a worker on Charo Island, alongside Japanese actress Rinka Kumada as Mizuno Mari.
'Merry Berry Love' will premiere worldwide on Disney+ on October 7, while it will also air weekly on Nippon TV in Japan.
