The nominees for the 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards have been officially announced, with Scarecrow emerging as this year's most-nominated drama ahead of the ceremony on July 31.

The 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards have officially revealed the final list of nominees for this year's ceremony, celebrating the best original streaming dramas and variety shows released between June 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026. The awards will take place on July 31 at Paradise City in Incheon and will be broadcast live on KBS2.
According to the organizers, this year's nominations were determined through a combination of record-high participation from industry experts and the results of the first round of public voting, making it the most competitive selection process in the event's history.
'Scarecrow' Leads the Drama Categories
Among the drama nominees, Scarecrow emerged as the biggest contender with six nominations, including Best Drama, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best New Actor, and Best New Actress.
Following closely behind is The Legendary Cooking Soldier, which earned nominations across five acting and series categories, positioning itself as another major favorite heading into the ceremony.

Nominees for Best Supporting Actor include Yoon Kyung Ho, Lee Kwang Soo, Lee Sang Yi, Jung Moon Sung, and Jin Sun Kyu, while Kwak Sun Young, Moon Jung Hee, Park Bo Kyung, Seo Eun Soo, and Lim Soo Jung will compete for Best Supporting Actress.
The Best New Actor category includes Kim Jae Won, Kim Jin Wook, Baek Sun Ho, Song Geon Hee, and Lee Hong Nae, while Kim Min, Bang Hyo Rin, Seo Ji Hye, Arin, and Jeon So Young have been nominated for Best New Actress.

Public Voting Opens July 2
The final round of fan voting will run from July 2 through July 30 via the Celeb Champ app.
According to the organizers, the public vote carries the same weight as one judge's vote in determining this year's winners.
The 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards will be held on July 31 at 8:30 PM (KST) at Paradise City's Chroma Theater in Incheon, celebrating another year of outstanding achievements in Korea's rapidly growing streaming industry.
