Lee Chae Min and Roh Yoon Seo Confirmed to Reunite in tvN Time-Loop Romance My Reason to Die

Three years after winning viewers over in Crash Course in Romance, Lee Chae Min and Roh Yoon Seo are officially reuniting as the leads of tvN's upcoming drama My Reason to Die, based on the hit Naver webtoon of the same name. The series is scheduled to premiere in 2027.
A Love Story That Defies Time
My Reason to Die follows Cha Gyeol, a young man trapped in an endless time loop after repeatedly traveling back in time to save the woman he loves, Nam Ji Oh. As he relives the same spring over and over, Nam Ji Oh chooses to confront her fate in order to protect him, creating an emotional story of first love, sacrifice, and personal growth.

Lee Chae Min will portray Cha Gyeol, a mysterious young man who endures countless deaths and repeated timelines in his desperate attempt to save Nam Ji Oh.
Roh Yoon Seo takes on the role of Nam Ji Oh, a determined taekwondo prodigy dreaming of Olympic gold. Despite difficult circumstances, she remains optimistic until an unexpected injury changes the course of her life and brings her together with Cha Gyeol.
The drama marks the pair's first reunion in approximately three years since Crash Course in Romance, where they left a memorable impression on viewers. This time, they'll headline the story as lovers willing to cross the boundary between life and death to protect one another.
An Experienced Creative Team
The series will be co-directed by Choi Jung Gyu (The East Palace, The Devil Judge) and Kim Hee Won (Vincenzo, Little Women, Queen of Tears), with Kim Sol Ji (Love Is for Suckers, Pegasus Market) writing the screenplay.
