
Kim Tae-ri is a South Korean actress.Kim Tae-ri was born on April 24, 1990 in Seoul. After graduating from Youngshin Nursing Business High School, Kim studied Journalism and Communication at Kyung Hee University from 2008 to 2012. Kim was inspired to become an actress in her second year of college after joining a college drama club.She is a member of the agency Management mmm.She was previously part of the agency J-Wide Company (제이와이드컴퍼니).
She began her career by participating in theater productions and modeling in television commercials.
She made her film debut in director Chan-Wook Park's The Handmaiden (2016), for which she was chosen from over 1,500 candidates who auditioned for the role.[4] Park first got the impression that she strongly reminded him of his first meeting with actress Kang Hye-jung, who propelled her career with the film Oldboy (2003) also directed by him .
