Biography

Jo A-ram, born Jo Hye-yeon on August 5, 2000, is a South Korean actress and former singer. She was initially known as a member of the K-pop girl group Gugudan, which debuted in 2016. After leaving the group in 2018 for health and personal reasons, she later transitioned into acting. She made her acting debut in the 2023 drama "Doctor Cha," where her role as Jeon So-ra earned her public recognition and a Best New Actress award. She has since been cast in other projects, including the drama special "Overlap Knife, Knife" and an upcoming film.
