Nam Ji Hyun

Biography

Nam Ji Hyun is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress and former member of 4MINUTE (포미닛). She graduated from Gyesan Girls' High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Dance Arts from Sangmyung University. Before debuting, she spent time as a trainee at JYP Entertainment for 2 years before leaving and switching agencies. She made her debut in June 2009 as the group's leader, lead dancer, vocalist and visual with their first mini-album, "Hot Issue". They were managed by CUBE Entertainment (큐브엔터테인먼트). She made her acting debut in November 2010 with a role in the SBS drama "It's Okay, Daddy's Girl". In June 2016, she decided not to renew her expiring contract, leading to 4MINUTE's disbandment.
