Biography
Ahn Young Mi is a South Korean comedienne, singer, actress, and member of CELEB FIVE (셀럽파이브). She graduated from Uijeongbu Technical High School and later obtained an associate's degree in Broadcasting Entertainment from Baekje University of Arts. She made her debut in 2004 as part of the 19th open recruitment for comedians at KBS and became a fan favorite for her quirky humor despite not being prominently featured in "Gag Concert". In 2011, she moved to tvN's "Comedy Big League" and was the first regular comedienne to appear in "SNL Korea". She has also ventured into acting, debuting in 2006 with a role in "Hwarang Fighter Maru" and began working as a radio and TV host. In January 2018, she joined 4 other comediennes and debuted as part of CELEB FIVE with their first single, "I Wanna Be a Celeb". The group recreates the vibe of a 1980s-1990s K-pop girl group, but gives the vocals and choreography a modern twist. Both she and the group are represented by Media Lab Siso (미디어랩 시소).
