

Biography
Kim Kwang-kyu is a veteran South Korean actor who made his debut in 1999 with the film Dr. K and rose to wider recognition with a memorable supporting role in Friend (2001). He is known for his many supporting roles in both TV series and films such as Scent of a Woman, I Can Hear Your Voice, Couple or Trouble, The Secret of Coocoo Island and Business Proposal. He is also popular on variety/reality shows including I Live Alone and Three Meals a Day, which have increased his public charm and visibility. Kim has won awards like the Popularity Award in a sitcom (2008) and Excellence Awards in entertainment programs and remains active in both screen acting and entertainment shows. Recently he signed with Crios Entertainment (2024) and continues to take supporting but memorable roles, often playing authoritative or comedic characters.
