Shin Eun-Jung

Biography

Shin Eun-jung is a South Korean actress educated in Theater at Seoul Institute of the Arts who has been active in film and television since the late 1990s. She is well known for supporting roles in dramas such as The Legend (2007), East of Eden (2008), and Faith (2012), and more recently plays Queen Dowager Jahyeon in Bon Appétit, Your Majesty (2025). Over her career she’s appeared in films including Two Faces of My Girlfriend (2007), Canola (2016), 2037 (2022), among others. She married actor Park Sung-woong in 2008 and they have a son together. Her agency is Popeye Entertainment. She is regarded as an experienced character actress known for bringing warmth, strength, and credibility to her supporting roles.
