Biography
Kim Byung-Chul is an established actor who studied Theater at Chung-Ang University and made his official acting debut in theater in 2001. He is best known for his role as Cha Min-hyuk in Sky Castle (2018-2019), and has since appeared in many hit TV dramas such as Descendants of the Sun (2016), Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (2016-2017), All of Us Are Dead (2022), and Doctor Cha (2023). He often plays strong supporting and character roles, bringing gravitas and a commanding screen presence. He won Best Supporting Actor awards for Sky Castle and Doctor Prisoner. Though many of his roles are not leads, he is highly respected for adding depth and complexity to his characters. He continues to be active in both TV and film, frequently appearing in high-profile productions.
