Biography
David Lee McInnis is a Korean-American actor known for his work in South Korean television and film. He is of German, Irish, and Korean descent, with his Korean mother hailing from Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province. He moved to Seoul shortly thereafter and achieved notable success in the Asian film industry. In addition to his acting career, McInnis was the face of SK Telecom's UTO division from 2001 to 2003. His early Asian film credits include a supporting role in A Moment to Remember (2004). He returned to prominence with a leading role in the South Korean action film Typhoon (2005) and later starred in the American-Korean romance film Never Forever (2007). McInnis has also appeared in various television series, including Descendants of the Sun (2016), Man to Man (2017), Mr. Sunshine (2018), and Kill It (2019). He is currently represented by Saram Entertainment.
