

Biography
Jo Jae-yun is a South Korean actor known for his versatile roles in both television and film. He graduated from the Seoul Institute of the Arts with a degree in Theater and made his acting debut in 2003. Jo has since built a reputation as a reliable supporting actor, often portraying authoritative or complex characters. His notable television appearances include Descendants of the Sun (2016), Mad Dog (2017), Sky Castle (2018–2019), and Alchemy of Souls (2022–2023). In film, he has featured in The Man from Nowhere (2010), The Chaser (2012), Gu Family Book (2013), and The Suspect (2013). Jo Jae-yun's performances have earned him several accolades, including the Scene Stealer Award at the 2nd Scene Stealer Festival in 2016 for his role in Descendants of the Sun. He is currently represented by MK Entertainment.
