Biography

Nam Gi-ae, born September 13, 1961, is a South Korean actress known for her strong supporting roles in television, film, and theater. She graduated from Chung-Ang University, Department of Theater & Film, and made her acting debut in 1998 in theater. She has appeared in many popular dramas such as Suspicious Partner (2017), Mother (2018), Flower of Evil (2020), Encounter (2018-19), Now, We Are Breaking Up (2021), and Thirty-Nine (2022). In film, she has been in works like The Merciless (2017) and High Society (2018). Nam Gi-ae is affiliated with Ace Factory and is admired for portraying maternal and authoritative characters with emotional depth.
