Lee Seo-Hwan

Biography

Lee Seo-hwan (birth name Lee Young-gi) was born on March 6, 1973 in Nam District, Incheon, South Korea. He studied German Language and Literature at Incheon National University. After working for a time in fields like teaching and even entering seminary, he shifted into acting at age 32 when he successfully auditioned for the musical The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. His acting debut in dramas came around 2004-2005. Lee has built a diverse career across musical theatre, TV series, and films. He gained international recognition for his role as Park Jung-bae (No. 390) in Squid Game Season 2 (2024). He has also appeared in several supporting roles in popular works such as The Devil Judge, Innocent Witness, and Deliver Us from Evil.
