Biography
Jung Moon-sung (정문성), born on January 13, 1981, in Seoul, South Korea, is a South Korean actor renowned for his versatile performances in television dramas and musicals. He pursued his passion for the arts by studying theater and film at Soonchunhyang University. Initially aspiring to be a singer, Jung shifted his focus to acting after serving in the military, leading to his debut in the musical Subway Line 1 in 2007. He has since appeared in numerous television series, including Heartless City (2013), A Beautiful Mind (2016), Haechi (2019), Hospital Playlist (2020–2021), and The Veil (2021). Jung's performances have earned him several accolades, such as the Excellence Award for Actor in a Short Drama at the 2021 MBC Drama Awards for his role in Moebius: The Veil, and the Best Character Award at the 2019 SBS Drama Awards for his performance in Haechi.
