Shin Jung-geun (신정근), born on September 26, 1966, in Yeonggwang County, South Jeolla Province, South Korea, is a seasoned South Korean actor renowned for his versatile roles in both television dramas and films. He stands at 176 cm tall and is represented by Artist Company.  Shin Jung-geun began his acting career in 1990 as a stage actor and transitioned to film in 2002 with a notable role in Park Chan-wook's Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance.
