Jin Se-yeon (born Kim Yoon-jeong on February 15, 1994 in Seoul, South Korea) is a popular South Korean actress. She started out as an idol trainee under Star Empire Entertainment before moving into acting, first appearing in the 2010 SBS drama It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl. Her early film work includes White: Melody of Death (2011). She earned her first leading role in the daily drama My Daughter the Flower and gained acclaim with Bridal Mask (2012). Over the years she’s tackled a variety of genres in projects like Doctor Stranger, Flowers of the Prison, Grand Prince, Item, Queen: Love and War, and Born Again. She studied Theater and Film at Chung-Ang University, and in 2012 publicly corrected her age, confirming she was born in 1994.
