Hwang Seok-jeong (황석정), born on February 2, 1971, in Busan, South Korea, is a versatile actress known for her impactful supporting roles in both television and film. A graduate of Seoul National University with a degree in Korean traditional music, she began her acting career in 2001 with the film Take Care of My Cat. Over the years, Hwang has built a reputation for her dynamic performances in various genres. Notably, she gained recognition for her roles in the television dramas Secret Love (2013), Misaeng: Incomplete Life (2014), and She Was Pretty (2015), where she portrayed characters that resonated with audiences. Her film credits include The Wailing (2016), Memoir of a Murderer (2017), and The Yellow Sea (2010), showcasing her range and depth as an actress.
