Biography
Jung Ae-Youn (정애연), born on November 30, 1982, in Daejeon, South Korea, is a South Korean actress known for her versatile roles in both television dramas and films. She completed her higher education at Daejeon University, majoring in dance. Jung began her acting career in 2003 and has since appeared in various productions. Notably, she portrayed Shuroop in the historical drama Under the Queen’s Umbrella (2022). Her other notable works include My Worst Neighbor (2023), Peach of Time (2021), Helmeoni (2015), Holly (2013), and Two Weddings and a Funeral (2012). In 2009, she married actor Kim Jin-Geun, and they have a son together. However, in 2021, they announced their divorce, with Kim Jin-Geun retaining custody of their child. Jung is represented by Bless Entertainment and continues to build a promising career in the South Korean entertainment industry.
