Choi Jong-hwan (최종환), born on September 24, 1965, is a South Korean actor and professor. He graduated from the Seoul Institute of the Arts and holds a Ph.D. in Imaging Science from Sogang University. Currently, he serves as a professor in the Department of Broadcasting and Visual Acting at Jeonghwa University of Arts.
