Biography
Suzy was born on October 10, 1994 in Gwangju, South Korea. She attended Seoul Performing Arts High School. Before her debut, she was an online retail model.In 2009, she auditioned for Mnet's show, Super Star K and made it through the preliminary round but was eliminated in the end.She auditioned to join JYP Entertainment, managed to draw attention from JYP Entertainment. She auditioned to join JYP Entertainment, managed to catch Park Jin Young's attention and succeeded in becoming a trainee.A year later, at the same agency, Suzy formed a girl group, temporarily titled JYP Sisters, together with Fei and Jia. The girls began their promotional activities in China as a promotional group for Samsung China and released a song for a commercial called “Love Again” for the Samsung Beat Festival.The music video made it possible for auditions to be opened to insert a fourth member, causing Min to join the group, which formed miss A.
