Kwak Tae-geun, artistically known as Ji Sung, is a South Korean actor. He is known for his performances in the dramas All In (2003), Save the Last Dance for Me (2004), New Heart (2007), Protect the Boss (2011), Secret Love (2013) and Kill Me, Heal Me (2015).Ji sung was born Kwak Tae Geun in Seoul, South Korea. His parents were teachers, and they expected him to be one too. However, when he was in his second year of high school, his father gave him a video player and the first movie he rented was Rain Man. Dustin Hoffman's performance left a big impression on him, so he decided to become an actor, even with his father's opposition.
