Ok Taec-yeon is a South Korean singer, rapper, songwriter, model, actor and entrepreneur. He is known for being a member of the South Korean boyband 2PM, as well as for his performances in television series such as Cinderella's Sister, Dream High, Let's Fight, Ghost and Vincenzo.Ok Taec-yeon was born in Seoul, South Korea, but immigrated to Bedford, Massachusetts, a town located in the Greater Boston metropolitan area, with his parents and older sister, Jihyen, when he was 13 years old. Ok spent seven years in Massachusetts, attending Bedford High School and participating in the school chess club, jazz band, Junior Varsity soccer team (representing a high school at a lower level than the main team) and honor society, before returning to Korea to continue his career.
