Ra Mi-ran is a veteran South Korean actress and television personality born on March 6, 1975. After a decade of performing in theater, she made her film debut in Park Chan-wook's "Lady Vengeance" (2005). She is one of the most prolific and respected character actresses in the industry, known for her scene-stealing performances in both comedic and dramatic roles. She gained widespread public recognition for her role as the mother in the hit cable drama "Reply 1988" (2015). She has also received critical acclaim and numerous awards for her work in films like "Hope" (2013) and "The Himalayas" (2015). Her leading roles in the films "Miss & Mrs. Cops" (2019) and "Honest Candidate" (2020), which earned her a Best Actress award, further solidified her status as a top-tier actress.
