Seong Dong-Il

Biography

Seong Dong-Il is a South Korean actor born April 27, 1967. He studied Mechanical Design at Yuhan Technical College before entering acting, beginning in theater in 1987 and later joining the 1991 SBS talent auditions. He is well-known for his versatility in supporting roles in television and film. Some of his memorable works include 200 Pounds Beauty, The Accidental Detective, Take Off, and the Reply series (Reply 1997, Reply 1994, Reply 1988). Seong Dong-Il is also praised for his warm and sometimes comedic portrayals, especially in father-figure roles.
