Lee Hye-ri is a South Korean actress, singer, and television personality, born on June 9, 1994, in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. She is best known mononymously as Hyeri and first rose to fame as the youngest member of the K-pop girl group Girl’s Day. Hyeri began her entertainment career in 2010 as a singer, gaining popularity with Girl’s Day through hit songs and her bright, charming personality. She became widely known to the public after appearing on the variety show Real Men in 2014, where her natural aegyo (cute charm) earned her the nickname “Nation’s Little Sister.” She transitioned successfully into acting, achieving major breakthrough success with the hit drama Reply 1988 (2015). Her performance as the lovable and relatable Sung Deok-sun received critical acclaim and helped make the series one of the highest-rated Korean cable dramas at the time.
